Real Technique Brushes

Wow. just WOW.

How have I not discovered these before. I do not know how I ever managed to do my makeup without these brushes.

I am now in love with these Real Technique Brushes, as I have heard so much about them which made me have to try them for myself, so I did, I went for it! I purchased The Core Collection from Boots which includes 4 coverage essentials: detailer brush, pointed foundation brush, buffing brush and contour brush. All of these tools are held in a professional case & stand. Not only did I just purchase these, I went all out and also bought the stippling brush which has had so much hype and raving reviews, which I now understand!

Stippling Brush | Buffing Brush | Contour Brush

 Foundation Brush | Detailer Brush

They looked absolutely beautiful set in the case, if you can say that about brushes? Ideal for traveling either in your every day bag or further a field on a holiday...jealous. But trust me, you wont really need to touch up your makeup throughout the day after using these amazing tools that will give you a great start to your day or night out.

Step by Step:
1. I use the Stippling Brush to apply my foundation which helps to create a flawless coverage for my base
1(a). If I have a few blemishes, spots or darker circles that I want to have a thicker coverage then I would apply my concealer, then blend into my skin with the detailer/foundation brush from RT.
2. I then apply my powder (warm beige) to just set the foundation for a matte finish with the Real Techniques; Buffing Brush.
3. Apply my bronzer, to add colour to my face (lightly) with another Buffer brush from MAC
4. Blusher is applied with the Contour Brush from the Real Techniques Core Collection.
5. Stencil on my eyebrows
6. Either eyeshadow with a smoky eye or bright bold lipstick, varies from day to day. :)

I will definitely be purchasing some of the other collection within the Real Techniques Brand, I've got my eye on the Expert Face Brush :)

Poutin'ell

Botox?  I have seriously considered getting lip fillers over the last few months, with the likes of Angelina Jolie who is famously known for her gorgeous looks and lips and also my new lip crush, Analeigh Tipton who stars in one of my most favourite films 'Crazy, Stupid, Love'. She has the most stunning lips I have ever seen and would kill to even get my lips anywhere near like hers!

Even though I do have quite big lips any way, I am always dreaming of them to be a bit more... fuller.

After researching many products that involve no surgery, I came across the Sally Hansen Range, a gorgeous site that provides you with all the care that you would need from hand, foot and body care to lip treatment and quality beauty tools.

No hesitation came when I saw this Lip Inflation, I instantly purchased this on a trip in Boots. I went for the versatile Clear shade, so that I can wear this alone or on top of a lip colour, my favourite colour is Rimmel 700 Nude Delight - perfect for to finish your every day look.

With a sticky texture, this was perfect for staying put for near enough all day and kept my lips moist whilst providing a cool minty tingly feeling to your lips to enhance the plump technology.

On application the brush bristles slide over your lips effortlessly covering all areas, and when wearing a lipstick, I recommend you dab a little bit on your hand/nail then apply manually rather than using the brush so that it stops it tainting the clear colour and the lipgloss tube.

For the perfect plumping effect with no needles included, I would definitely give this a go! You can usually find this in an cosmetic stores like Superdrug or Boots

That Envious Summer Glow

On my latest shop in Warrington with my best friend, Georgina. I came across this No7 Perfectly Bronzed - Medium/Dark that was displayed so beautifully in the aisle that had everything you would ever need to achieve that envious summer glow, whether it be natural or fake.

As I am always looking to get the best summer glow, all year round - of course. I have literally used so many different brands and shades, usually applying St Moriz - Dark to even come close to get to my fake tan goal, so trying this No7 wouldn't harm anything.

With the nature of this tan being a lotion that develops overnight, which is great as I mainly go for these types of tan to avoid streaks or it rubbing off on clothes. This tan is stress free & streak free, with easy application using either your hands and leaving your skin to dry within 10 minutes which it instructs, followed by cleansing your hands after the application or you can always use the way I opted for by applying the tan with a tanning mitt.

By using a tanning mitt, it offers you easy application that gives an even layer of tan on your skin surface & I highly recommend using them. A good tip though is to remember that this is a lotion and it will just sit in your mitt which might make the mitt turn a green mould colour not like foaming tan lotions that just dry with the mitt, so always make sure to wash the tanning mitt after use and then leave to dry for the next nights application. Repeat when needed.

I found this Perfectly Bronzed very easy to use, with its control pump dispenser and 200ml, this gave a healthy glow with just one layer, if you want a darker shade, I would recommend you repeat the process 24 hours later and then every 2 days to keep your glow, glowing.

Get it now while its on offer at Boots, Buy one get one FREE.
